In our project, which started with the selection of Kızılcahamam, Ankara as a zero waste pilot region, we developed an educational VR game to raise the awareness of the local people on sustainability and recycling. We created a realistic virtual experience by modeling the important points of Kızılcahamam (Municipality, Cumhuriyet Square, Zero Waste Garden). Players use VR headsets and controllers to reflect real-world movements and perform the tasks of sorting waste correctly, and we make learning fun with a competitive scoring system. This project offers an innovative approach by combining environmental awareness and sustainability education with technology.
